What the Integral Benefits Certificate is

The Integral Benefits Certificate is an official document that gathers in one place the certificates about the pensions and benefits you receive, according to the Public Social Benefits Registry.

It is the document a bank, an administration or the tax office may ask for to prove which benefits you receive — or that you receive none — with their amounts and any withholdings.

TL;DR: download it free as a PDF from the Social Security e-office, identifying yourself with a digital certificate, Cl@ve or by SMS. No documents required.

Which certificates it includes

How to get it, step by step

1. Open the benefits certification service in the Social Security e-office.
2. Choose your identification method: digital certificate, Cl@ve or SMS.
3. Once identified, click "Integral Benefits Certificate".
4. Download the PDF (you will need a PDF reader to save or print it).

If you act on behalf of someone else

• As a representative, ask the represented person to confirm the representation via the link they receive on their phone by SMS.
• As an attorney (apoderado), you must be registered in the Electronic Registry of Powers of Attorney.

SMS identification: no certificate or Cl@ve needed

If you have neither a digital certificate nor Cl@ve, use SMS identification: you will receive a one-time code on your phone to verify your identity and access the service, just like many online banking operations. You can update the associated phone number from the e-office itself.
