How we verify your age
To make sure this programme reaches the people it's designed for, we ask for a photo of your DNI, NIE or passport. We automatically read your date of birth with a secure reader and, if you are 67 or older, your Senior plan is activated instantly.

What your Senior plan includes
- Dedicated human caseworker. A real person who walks you through every step — not just a chatbot.
- Automated appointments and forms. We find appointments for you and pre-fill the paperwork.
- Document vault and official alerts. We store your important documents and warn you when something affects you.
Your privacy comes first
We do not keep the photo of your ID unless you choose to save it in your personal vault. From the OCR we only store an encrypted technical identifier to prevent the same person from activating the programme more than once.
The processing is based on your explicit consent and on the legitimate interest of preventing fraud in this social programme. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure at any time by writing to [email protected].
