Erasmus+ grant for going on exchange (university)

If you’re going on Erasmus+ from a Spanish university, this is how you sort the financial aid: the convenio financiero with your uni and, if relevant, the Ministry or your CCAA complement. It’s for students selected by their university under the Erasmus+ call (KA131).

- 1.Enter your university portal (Secretaría Virtual/Relaciones Internacionales) and apply for an Erasmus+ place within the deadline of their call. Keep the resolución de adjudicación.
- 2.With the place granted, fill in and sign the Learning Agreement on your uni’s platform and upload the acceptance letter from the host university.
- 3.Log in with Cl@ve or certificado digital to the Ministry’s Sede (sede.educacion.gob.es > Trámites > Universidades) when they publish “Ayuda complementaria Erasmus+ (KA131)” and submit the online request attaching matrícula, nominación and IBAN.
- 4.If your CCAA offers a complement, go to its sede electrónica and apply. Example Madrid: https://sede.comunidad.madrid/ayudas-becas/ayudas-complementarias-erasmus-universitarios Attach empadronamiento and your uni’s resolución.
- 5.Book a meeting at your Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales to sign the Convenio financiero (or sign it electronically if your uni allows). If they require a physical registro, book a cita and hand in the signed/soldado convenio.
- 6.When you arrive at the host uni, get the Certificado de llegada signed by them and upload it to your uni’s platform to unlock the first payment.
- 7.At the end of your stay, upload the Certificado de estancia/salida and complete the EU Survey so they pay the remainder. If you made changes, upload the Learning Agreement anexos.
