Guía completa

What you need to have to hand
  1. DNI/NIE or passport scanned if you go online.
  2. Centre details (name and code of your EOI).
  3. Language, level and year you passed.
  4. Card to pay the fee (if your CCAA charges one) or a bank account to generate NRC.
  5. Proofs of exemptions/reductions (familia numerosa, discapacidad…).
Documentation
  • Identity: DNI/NIE/passport.
  • Proof of payment of the autonomous fee (Modelo 030/046), if applicable.
  • Proof of exemptions: familia numerosa, discapacidad, violencia de género, etc., valid and current.
  • Authorisation and DNIs if someone else does it for you.
  • For duplicates: police report for loss/theft or a sworn statement; damaged title if that’s the case.
Step by step
  1. Find the procedure page of your CCAA for non-university titles/certificates (EOI). Examples: Madrid (sede.comunidad.madrid) or Cataluña (educacio.gencat.cat).
  2. Log in with Cl@ve/certificado and choose the type: certificado académico, certificado de nivel, resguardo del título or duplicado.
  3. Fill the form with language, level, EOI and year. Upload your DNI and exemption proofs if needed.
  4. Pay the fee: in Madrid use Modelo 030; in many others use Modelo 046. Pay online or generate an NRC and attach it.
  5. Submit and save the CSV of the registration. If your CCAA issues a certificado with CSV, download it immediately.
  6. If you want the stamped paper, book a cita at your EOI and pick up the certificate with your DNI. For the título oficial, they’ll notify you when it’s ready (months).
Tricks that save you time
  • Ask for a certificado with CSV: it usually works for oposiciones and you can download it immediately.
  • If you need fast proof, don’t wait for the título: use the resguardo del título + certificado académico.
  • Attach exemptions at the start; if you don’t, they’ll halt the file.
  • Check the EOI code and the year: one wrong detail and you’ll need to correct it.
  • If the portal gives errors, try Chrome and compress PDFs (<5 MB).
Common mistakes that can derail your application
  • Confusing certificado de matrícula with certificado de nivel: they are not interchangeable.
  • Applying in a different CCAA than where you sat the exam: they’ll reject it.
  • Not saving the CSV or the payment receipt: later you can’t prove you submitted it.
  • Forgetting the appointment to collect at secretaría and turning up without a slot.
  • Asking only for the título when you need something now: the título takes time; the certificado with CSV will save you.
  1. 1.Go to the procedure page of your CCAA for non-university titles/certificates. Examples: Madrid: https://sede.comunidad.madrid/tramites/expedicion-titulos-academicos-profesionales; Cataluña: https://educacio.gencat.cat/es/tramits/tramits-temes/Titols-academics-no-universitaris.
  2. 2.Log in with Cl@ve, certificado digital or DNIe and choose EOI and the type: certificado académico, certificado de nivel or duplicado de título.
  3. 3.Fill in the application with your personal details, language, level, EOI and year of passing. Attach DNI and, if needed, exemption/reduction proofs.
  4. 4.Pay the autonomous fee if applicable (Madrid: Modelo 030 at https://sede.comunidad.madrid/servicios/tributarios/modelo-030; other CCAA usually use Modelo 046). Pay online by card or generate an NRC and upload the receipt.
  5. 5.Submit the application on the electronic office and save the receipt/CSV. If your CCAA/EOI issues a digital certificate, download it straight away.
  6. 6.If you need the stamped paper version, book an appointment at your EOI secretaria and collect it with your DNI. For the official title, they will notify you when it’s ready (takes months) and you pick it up by appointment.
  • DNI/NIE or valid passport (scan if you do it online).
  • Centre details: name and code of your EOI (shown on your enrolment or report).
  • Language, level (A2/B1/B2/C1/C2) and year/convocation when you passed.
  • Proof of payment of the autonomous fee (Modelo 030/046) if your CCAA charges one.
  • Document proving fee exemption/reduction if it applies (familia numerosa, discapacidad, etc.).
  • If someone else goes: signed authorisation + copy of both DNI.
  • For duplicates: police report for loss/theft or a sworn statement; if damaged, bring the old title.
