Closed application window: miss it and you wait for the next one. We track dates for you.

This lets you get official recognition for what you already know from work and courses, so you can validate FP modules or keep training. It’s for people who have worked in a trade and want the formal paper to prove it.

Guía completa

What you need to have at hand
  1. Cl@ve working so you can ID yourself on your community’s sede.
  2. Clear scans in PDF (DNI/NIE, contracts, diplomas). No blurry photos.
  3. Time to read the convocatoria carefully. Each CCAA adds its own twists.
Documentation
  • DNI/NIE/TIE valid.
  • Vida laboral from importass.seg-social.es (latest version, not one from 3 years ago).
  • Contracts and/or company certificates with tasks and dates. If they don’t specify duties, ask the company for a written certificate.
  • Payslips or proof of contributions (RETA if you were self‑employed).
  • Course diplomas related to the qualification, with hours and contents.
  • Academic qualification you have (ESO/FP), if relevant.
  • Empadronamiento in the CCAA if the convocatoria requires it.
  • Sworn translations and apostillas if your documents come from abroad.
Step by step
  1. Go to todofp.es/acreditacion-de-competencias and open the page for your CCAA.
  2. Click the convocatoria that fits and enter the sede electrónica. ID yourself with Cl@ve.
  3. Choose the cualificación (or unidades de competencia) that matches your experience. If unsure, check the task details.
  4. Fill the application and upload vida laboral, contracts, diplomas and DNI/NIE. If originals are required, mark that you will present them at the centre.
  5. Register and save the receipt. From your expediente, book a cita at the assigned centre for the asesoramiento.
  6. Go to the appointment with originals. The adviser adjusts your dossier and tells you if there will be tests or just documentary verification.
  7. Check the resolución in your expediente. With the UC acreditadas, request the certificate and convalidate FP modules at your centre when you enrol.
Time‑saving tricks
  • Have your vida laboral and company certificates ready before the convocatoria opens. Places fly.
  • Upload light PDFs (under 10 MB) with clear filenames. Avoid rejections for silly reasons.
  • If your contract doesn’t show your duties, get a certificate of functions signed by the company. It can save your assessment.
  • Check if your CCAA allows online subsanación: better fix a problem in 10 days than lose a morning at the registro.
Common mistakes that can ruin the process
  • Applying without empadronamiento where it’s required: direct exclusion.
  • Choosing a qualification that doesn’t match your real experience.
  • Uploading blurry or incomplete documents (missing pages of contracts or missing stamps).
  • Not attending the appointment or arriving late: they can remove you from the process.
  • Trusting the system and not saving the receipt. If there’s a technical failure, without the receipt you’re stuck.
  1. 1.Go to https://www.todofp.es/acreditacion-de-competencias.html and pick your CCAA to see the open convocatoria for your qualification.
  2. 2.From the link for your CCAA, enter its sede electrónica and ID yourself with Cl@ve. Fill the application indicating the qualification/units you want to accredit.
  3. 3.Attach on the sede your DNI/NIE, vida laboral, contracts/company certificates, diplomas and anything else required. If they ask for originals, mark that you will take them to the centre.
  4. 4.Register the application and save the receipt. In your expediente, book the appointment for guidance/interview at the centre they assign you.
  5. 5.Go to the appointment with all the originals. The adviser reviews the evidence, closes your dossier and gives you the evaluation schedule (if there are tests/practicals).
  6. 6.Check the resolución in your electronic expediente. If they accredit units of competence, request the certificate in your CCAA and use that to convalidate FP modules at your centre.
  • DNI o NIE/TIE en vigor (scanned both sides).
  • Informe de vida laboral actualizado (download it from importass.seg-social.es).
  • Employment contracts and/or company certificates detailing duties and dates.
  • Representative payslips or proof of contributions (RETA if you were self‑employed) from importass.seg-social.es.
  • Certificates/diplomas of non‑formal training with hours and course contents.
  • Previous academic qualifications (ESO/Bachillerato/FP) if you have them.
  • Empadronamiento in the CCAA where you apply (if your community requires it).
  • If the experience is from another country: legalized/apostilled documents and sworn translation.
