Guía completa

What you need to have to hand
  1. Your personal details and contact (a mobile and email you actually read).
  2. DNI/NIE or passport valid.
  3. Cl@ve or your university credentials (if your CCAA uses it).
  4. List of subjects you will sit (mandatory and specific).
  5. Tarjeta de familia numerosa/monoparental, certificado de discapacidad or similar if you want discount/exemption.
  6. Bank card/IBAN to pay the fee.
Documentation
  • DNI/NIE/passport (the same you will take to the exam).
  • Proof of enrolment in 2º de Bachillerato or equivalent qualification.
  • Resguardo de pago de la tasa de EBAU/EvAU of your CCAA.
  • Proofs for exemption/discount: familia numerosa, certificado de discapacidad (≥33%), víctima de terrorismo, matrícula de honor.
  • Resolución de adaptaciones if you need extra time or resources.
  • Traslado de expediente if you sit outside your comunidad.
Step by step
  1. Find your uni's EBAU page from the RUCT: https://www.educacion.gob.es/ruct. There you'll see dates, guides and the link to registration.
  2. Activate Cl@ve if your CCAA requires it: https://clave.gob.es. It takes a bit, but saves travel.
  3. Fill in the online registration: personal data, centre, convocation (ordinary/extraordinary), and choose subjects. Watch specific subjects and university weightings.
  4. Upload the proofs: DNI, Bachillerato enrolment, exemptions, adaptations. Use clear PDFs.
  5. Pay the fee via the payment gateway (TPV/NRC or Modelo 030 depending on CCAA). Download the resguardo. No payment, no exam.
  6. Download the tarjeta with your subjects and check rooms and timetables. If there's a mistake, correct it immediately (sometimes it means a new fee).
  7. Exam day: arrive early, bring DNI and resguardo. No phones on the desk. If an aula changes at the last minute, it will usually be posted on the website.
  8. Marks and appeals: check online. If something's off, request a review or double correction within the deadline (normally 3 working days). A double correction can lower your grade.
Tricks that save time
  • Choose specific subjects using the university weighting tables where you want to get in. It prevents paying twice for changes.
  • Save everything as PDFs and name files clearly (DNI.pdf, Exencion.pdf). If they ask for documents again, you have them ready.
  • Pay by card and download the receipt immediately. NRC payments can be a pain.
  • Check your spam folder: many unis send confirmations and changes by email.
  • If you need adaptations, request them early. They won't invent one on exam day.
Common mistakes that can derail your registration
  • Picking the wrong specific subjects and later finding they carry 0.1 weighting where you wanted to apply.
  • Paying then changing subjects: they issue another fee and refunds take time.
  • Forgetting your DNI or taking it expired: you can be barred from the exam.
  • Mixing up review with double correction: a double correction can lower your mark.
  • Leaving it to the last day: the site can choke and you miss registration.
  • Not requesting traslado if you sit in another CCAA: the system won't recognise you and you lose the convocation.
  1. 1.Go to the RUCT to find your university and its EBAU/EvAU page: https://www.educacion.gob.es/ruct and look for the Access/EBAU section of your uni.
  2. 2.If they require electronic ID, register in Cl@ve at https://clave.gob.es (registration and mobile activation).
  3. 3.Complete the online registration on your university's site: choose subjects (core and optional), upload DNI and supporting documents, and confirm the application.
  4. 4.Pay the fee through the payment gateway they provide (TPV/NRC or Modelo 030 depending on your CCAA) and save the resguardo as a PDF.
  5. 5.Download the tarjeta/justificante de inscripción with your subjects; check dates, room and timetables on the university website.
  6. 6.Turn up to the exam with your DNI/NIE and the resguardo. If you have adaptations, bring the resolución.
  7. 7.Check results on your university's site and, if you disagree, request a review or a second correction within the deadline (normally 3 working days).
  • DNI/NIE or valid passport (the same ID you'll use on exam day)
  • Certificate or proof of enrolment in 2º de Bachillerato or equivalent qualification
  • Resguardo de pago de la tasa de EBAU/EvAU of your comunidad autónoma
  • Tarjeta or título de familia numerosa/monoparental, certificado de discapacidad (≥33%) or accreditation as víctima de terrorismo if you apply for exemption/discount
  • Solicitud/resolución de adaptaciones (if you need extra time, special material, adapted room, etc.)
  • Certificate of transcript transfer (traslado de expediente) if you sit the exam in a different CCAA from where you did Bachillerato
