Registering your official university degree (RUCT)

- 1.Go to Mi Carpeta Ciudadana (https://carpetaciudadana.gob.es) with Cl@ve and open Formación y estudios > Títulos universitarios to see if your degree already appears.
- 2.If you haven’t requested the degree yet: apply for expedición on your university’s sede electrónica and keep the resguardo. The university does the alta in the registro estatal, not you.
- 3.If you already have the resguardo: wait 1–4 weeks and check Mi Carpeta Ciudadana occasionally to see if your degree shows up. At the same time, verify on the RUCT (https://www.educacion.gob.es/ruct/home) that your university’s degree is listed as official.
- 4.If after 4 weeks you don’t appear: register a written request via the Registro Electrónico Común (https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do) addressed to your university’s Secretaría asking for the volcado to the RUCT/registro estatal and attach the resguardo.
- 5.When you appear in Mi Carpeta Ciudadana, download the justificante/PDF with CSV for your degree and save it. That’s what you’ll present for oposiciones, scholarships or other checks.
- 6.If you see errors (name, DNI, date): ask your university to correct them via their sede electrónica or via REC; they will correct and resend the data to the Ministry.
