Guía completa

What you need to have ready
  1. DNI/NIE in date (or passport if you don’t have a DNI).
  2. Fee receipt from your CCAA (if there is one). It’s usually an autoliquidación called Modelo 046.
  3. Proof of discount/exemption if it applies: familia numerosa, discapacidad ≥33%, víctima de terrorismo…
  4. Contact details (mobile and email) to receive notices and to download the resguardo.
  5. If you’ve had a name/sex/DNI change, bring the resolución registral so the title is issued with the correct data.
Documentation
  • Solicitud de expedición del Título de Bachiller (centre form or trámite on your CCAA’s sede).
  • Justificante de pago of the fee (PDF/NRC) or documentation proving exemption.
  • ID document (DNI/NIE/passport).
  • Proof of familia numerosa or disability, if you claim a discount.
  • (Optional) Authorisation for collection or shipment to another centre if you can’t pick it up yourself.
Step by step
  1. Pay the fee for the Título de Bachiller on your comunidad autónoma’s sede electrónica (if applicable). Choose the concept “Títulos académicos no universitarios – Bachiller”, fill in details, pay and save the PDF/NRC. If your CCAA sets the fee to 0€, you don’t pay.
  2. Fill in the solicitud at your institute or online (trámite “Expedición de títulos no universitarios”). ID yourself with Cl@ve/certificado/DNIe if you do it online.
  3. Attach the payment receipt, your DNI/NIE and, if it applies, the proof of exemption/discount. Make sure your name and surnames exactly match your ID.
  4. The centre validates your marks and sends the proposal. When the administration accepts it, they generate the resguardo de solicitud. Download it as PDF (or get it on paper if you applied in person).
  5. With the resguardo you can do EVAU, enrolments and whatever else is urgent. The physical diploma takes time: you’ll be notified by SMS/email or by the centre.
  6. Collect the diploma with your DNI when they call you. If you need it sent to another city/province, request the traslado at the Delegación; some CCAA charge a small fee for forwarding.
Time-savers
  • Apply the same day final 2º grades are published: that way you have the resguardo in time for EVAU.
  • If the fees page errors, try on a PC with Chrome. Avoid mobile and duplicate tabs — they sometimes fail to generate the NRC.
  • Always upload the valid familia numerosa/disability certificate: otherwise you’ll be charged and it’s a pain to reclaim later.
  • Save the PDF of the resguardo in two places (cloud and USB). It’s what most organisations will ask for.
  • If you’re about to change name/DNI, wait until the new document is issued before requesting: saves you paying for a duplicate.
Typical mistakes that will mess up the process
  1. Name misspelt or missing second surname: the diploma is wrong and you’ll have to pay for a duplicate.
  2. Paying the wrong fee concept on the autoliquidación: they won’t process it until you correct it.
  3. Not attaching the exemption: you’ll be charged the full fee and getting a refund is a headache.
  4. Leaving it to the last day before EVAU: without the resguardo they won’t register you.
  5. Trusting the timing of the physical diploma: it can take months; plan ahead if you need it for going abroad or legalisation.
  1. 1.Pay the issuance fee of the title on your CCAA's sede electrónica (it’s usually an autoliquidación Modelo 046). Choose “Título de Bachiller”, pay and save the receipt (PDF or NRC). If your CCAA sets the fee to 0€, skip this step.
  2. 2.Fill in the solicitud de expedición del título at your institute or online via your CCAA’s sede (trámite “Expedición de títulos académicos no universitarios”). ID yourself with Cl@ve, certificado digital or DNIe.
  3. 3.Attach the fee receipt (if applicable), your DNI/NIE and, if you have it, the familia numerosa/disability exemption. Check the name matches EXACTLY your ID.
  4. 4.Your centre validates the evaluation records and sends the title proposal. They generate the resguardo de solicitud del Título de Bachiller (works as a provisional certificate). Download the PDF or get it at the centre.
  5. 5.Use the resguardo for urgent things (EVAU, university/FP enrolment, job pools). Keep several copies. The physical diploma will take longer and you’ll normally collect it at the centre or at the Delegación/Servicio Provincial de Educación.
  6. 6.When they notify you, collect the diploma with your DNI. If you want it sent to another province/CCAA, request it in writing from your Delegación so they forward it (some CCAA may charge for this).
