- 1.Log in with Cl@ve or certificate on the telematic platform (Mercurio Extranjería): https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/mercurio/inicioMercurio.html
- 2.Download and complete the form you need (EX-03, EX-07 or EX-12), sign it (electronic signature or scanned handwritten signature) and prepare PDFs
- 3.Generate and pay the fee Modelo 790 código 052 (epígrafe for your authorisation) and keep the receipt to attach
- 4.Submit the application online in Mercurio attaching the form and documents; note the expediente number
- 5.Wait for the resolution; if approved and you are cuenta ajena, the company registers you in Seguridad Social and you start working
- 6.After approval, request fingerprints for the TIE and pay the 790-012 fee at Policía: cita at https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/icpplus/index.html and fee at https://sede.policia.gob.es/Tasa790_012/
