- 1.Go to the sede electrónica of your comunidad autónoma or ayuntamiento and search for “Informe de vivienda adecuada” for reagrupación; start the application with Cl@ve or certificado digital.
- 2.Fill in the form with the flat details and the people to be reunited; attach contract/deed, empadronamiento colectivo and utilities proofs in PDF.
- 3.Pay the municipal/autonómica fee in the payment gateway and save the receipt (some places generate their own payment slip to pay at a bank).
- 4.Indicate your availability for the inspection; they will propose a date by phone or electronic notification.
- 5.The technician visits: they check metres, ventilation, number of rooms and that electricity/water work; they take photos and measurements.
- 6.They notify you the report (favorable or desfavorable) in your Carpeta Ciudadana municipal/autonómica; download the electronically signed document.
- 7.Add the report to your reagrupación file (EX-02) at sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es, under “Aportación de documentación” or when submitting the application.
