- 1.Log into Mercurio with Cl@ve/certificado and choose “Autorización de residencia de larga duración‑UE (EX‑11)”: https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/mercurio/inicioMercurio.html
- 2.Fill in the EX‑11, tick the authorisation for data checks, sign with Autofirma and upload the documents as PDFs (one per section).
- 3.Pay tasa 790‑052 (autorizaciones de extranjería) via a collaborating bank or online and save the NRC/receipt; attach it if your Oficina asks for it.
- 4.Check your Mercurio file: if they request anything, submit it within the deadline via the same expediente.
- 5.When you get a favourable resolution, download it. With that you book the huellas appointment for the TIE at your police station (Policía site: https://sede.policia.gob.es).
- 6.Before the huellas appointment, pay tasa 790‑012 (TIE), fill in EX‑17 and bring a 32x26 mm photo, passport, resolution and payment receipts.
- 7.Attend the huellas appointment and, 2–6 weeks later, collect the TIE at the same police station.
