- 1.Download and fill in the EX-18 at extranjeros.inclusion.gob.es (section Unión Europea). Fill it clearly.
- 2.Generate and pay the fee 790-012 at sede.policia.gob.es/Tasa790_012/Tasa790_012.htm (keep the NRC or stamped receipt).
- 3.Book an appointment for “Certificado de registro de ciudadano de la Unión” at sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/icpplus/index.html.
- 4.If you're employed or self-employed, download your affiliation/registration report from importass.seg-social.es.
- 5.Print the padrón and gather everything (EX-18, fee, proof of work/study/resources, passport/ID).
- 6.Attend the appointment at the Comisaría/Oficina de Extranjería; they check the documents and give you the certificate with your NIE on the spot.
