- 1.Get the Informe de vivienda adecuada from your Ayuntamiento/CCAA (Servicios Sociales). Take the contrato/escritura, plano and empadronamiento.
- 2.Fill in Modelo EX-02 and submit the application online with Cl@ve or certificado via Mercurio: sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/mercurio/inicioMercurio.html
- 3.Pay the fee Modelo 790 código 052 (residence authorisation) at sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/tasasExtranjeria/inicio and upload the receipt to your file.
- 4.Check your Carpeta Ciudadana (carpetaciudadana.gob.es) and Mercurio for notifications. If they ask for something, upload the exact document within the deadline.
- 5.Once granted, your family member applies for the reagrupación visa at the Spanish Consulate in their country: exteriores.gob.es/Consulados/Paginas/index.aspx
- 6.After entry to Spain, book the TIE appointment for fingerprints at sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es/icpplus/index.html, pay the 790-012 fee (sede.policia.gob.es/Tasa790_012/) and bring EX-17, photos, passport, visa and the resolution.
