- 1.Go to Tu Seguridad Social: https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/area-personal/tu-seguridad-social and sign in with Cl@ve.
- 2.Under Pensiones > Mi pensión use the option Solicitar/Comunicar complementos (mínimos y brecha de género).
- 3.Fill in the economic data: your incomes and, if you live as a couple, the incomes of the household. Provide the IBAN.
- 4.Attach PDFs of the proofs: empadronamiento colectivo, IRPF/income documents, libro de familia or birth certificates if you apply for the gender gap supplement.
- 5.Check the summary and send the application. Download the receipt with registration number/CSV and keep it.
- 6.If you prefer face-to-face or it’s unclear online, book cita previa at INSS: https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/citaprevia and bring originals + copies.
- 7.If they ask you to subsanar, open the same file in Tu Seguridad Social and upload the requested documents within the deadline they give you.
