- 1.Go to https://tramites.seg-social.es and log in with Cl@ve, certificado digital or DNIe.
- 2.Open the INSS procedure "Presentación de solicitudes, escritos y comunicaciones". In the subject state: "Solicitud complemento por mínimos" or "Solicitud complemento para reducción de la brecha de género".
- 3.Fill in your details, specify the type of complemento you want and attach PDFs with the documentation (DNI/NIE, pension resolution, libro de familia, renta, empadronamiento…).
- 4.Sign and register the request. Download the registration receipt (you'll need it to track the case and deadlines).
- 5.If you prefer in person, book a cita at https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/citaprevia for CAISS (INSS), procedure “Pensiones y otras prestaciones del INSS”, and submit copies of the documents.
- 6.Check the status in Tu Seguridad Social (https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/tuss) or wait for a notification in your Carpeta Ciudadana (https://carpetaciudadana.gob.es).
- 7.If they ask you to fix something, go back to https://tramites.seg-social.es, upload the missing items quoting the expediente number from the requirement.
