- 1.Go to Tu Seguridad Social: https://tu.seg-social.gob.es and ID yourself with Cl@ve (PIN or Permanent), DNIe or certificado digital.
- 2.Under Pensiones, open your benefit and choose “Solicitar complemento” or “Comunicar variaciones/solicitar complemento” (for complemento a mínimos or complemento por brecha de género).
- 3.Fill in the form: pick the complemento, confirm your personal data and upload the supporting documents in PDF/JPG (children, empadronamiento, income, etc.).
- 4.Check the summary, sign with Cl@ve and register the application. Download the presentation receipt (PDF) and keep it safe.
- 5.Track the status in Tu Seguridad Social > your procedures/expedientes. If they ask you to correct something, attach the missing docs inside the same expediente.
- 6.If you don't have Cl@ve/certificado, use the INSS online submission without certificate (SMS verification): https://tramites.seg-social.es and search Pensiones > Envío de solicitudes y documentación al INSS.
