Procedure 5: request supplements and adjustments to your pension (INSS)
If you already receive a pension from the INSS and want to add a supplement (mínimos or brecha de género) or change details that affect what you get, this is the procedure. Intended for retirement, widowhood, incapacity and other contributory pensions.

- 1.Log in to Tu Seguridad Social with Cl@ve or certificado: https://tu.seg-social.gob.es and go to Prestaciones > your pension > Solicitar complemento (mínimos/brecha de género) or Modificar datos.
- 2.Fill the specific form (type of complemento, family/income details) and attach scanned PDFs. Sign and send; save the registration receipt.
- 3.If you don't have certificado/Cl@ve, use the INSS channel without certificate with SMS: https://tramites.seg-social.es and enter «Solicitudes a prestaciones (INSS)» to complement your pension.
- 4.Prefer face-to-face: book cita previa at https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/cita > «Pensiones y otras prestaciones (INSS)» and bring all printed papers.
- 5.Check the status in https://tu.seg-social.gob.es (your expediente) and your notifications; if they request more, upload from the same expediente or attend the appointment.
- 6.When approved, the complemento appears on the pension nómina; keep the resolución in case Hacienda or the INSS asks for it later.
