- 3.If you submit on behalf of a family member or represented person, register the apoderamiento in Apodera (Registro Electrónico de Apoderamientos): https://apodera.redsara.es/apodera/
- 4.Submit the request and download the justificante de registro (PDF or CSV). Keep it safe.
- 5.Watch notifications: Carpeta Ciudadana will alert you to requirements and resolutions: https://carpetaciudadana.gob.es
- 6.If they ask you to correct/make up documents, upload what's missing to the same expediente. Note: the usual plazo de subsanación is 10 working days.
- 7.If your CCAA doesn't have a specific online procedure, submit via the Registro Electrónico Común (REC) addressed to the Servicio de Salud of your CCAA and attach reports: https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do
