Gestión 9: Sanidad Adicional (añadir beneficiarios a tu tarjeta sanitaria de la CCAA)

To add your children, partner or ascendants as beneficiaries on your individual health card (tarjeta sanitaria) of your autonomous community. You do it online with Cl@ve and it’s free. Watch out for empadronamiento and the right to assistance in the Seguridad Social.

- 1.Check/request the right to healthcare in the Seguridad Social: sign in with Cl@ve at https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/sede/Ciudadanos/asistenciasanitaria/11139 and upload what they ask (empadronamiento, vínculo, etc.).
- 2.Go to your CCAA’s online portal and look for “Tarjeta Sanitaria Individual (alta/modificación)”: Madrid https://sede.comunidad.madrid/ayudas-becas-subvenciones/tarjeta-sanitaria-individual, Catalunya https://tramits.gencat.cat/es/tramits/tramite/2529-Tarjeta-sanitaria, Andalucía https://www.clicsalud.es.
- 3.Choose “Añadir beneficiario” or “Alta de beneficiario a cargo”, fill the form and attach the empadronamiento, document proving the vínculo and, if needed, the resolución del INSS.
- 4.Sign and submit the application with Cl@ve or certificado digital; download the justificante de registro and the expediente number. If available, enable notifications.
- 5.Track the status in your CCAA’s carpeta ciudadana or at https://carpetaciudadana.gob.es; when approved they assign a CIP/TSI to the beneficiary and either send the card or tell you to pick it up at the health centre.
