- 1.Get the historic cataloguing: laboratory report, regional resolution and the ficha técnica VH after the specific ITV in your CCAA.
- 2.Submit Modelo 576 (IEDMT) to the AEAT with Cl@ve/certificado at https://sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es and download the receipt (exempt or paid).
- 3.Pay the IVTM at your town hall's electronic office and keep the registration/payment receipt for the vehicle.
- 4.Buy the DGT fee 1.1/1.2 at https://sede.dgt.gob.es/es/tramites-y-multas/pago-de-tasas/ and keep the proof of payment.
- 5.File the historic registration application via the Registro Electrónico Común (REC) to your Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico, attach all documents and sign with Cl@ve: https://rec.redsara.es.
- 6.Watch your notifications on DEHú (https://dehu.redsara.es). When they assign you the plate and permiso de circulación, get the H plates made and fit them.
