- 1.Go to the sede del Ministerio de Justicia: trámite “Certificado de delitos de naturaleza sexual” (https://sede.mjusticia.gob.es/es/tramites/certificado-delitos-naturaleza-sexual).
- 2.Click “Tramitar online” and pick Cl@ve or a digital certificate. Identify yourself.
- 3.Fill the form: check your personal details, state the purpose (work/volunteering with minors) and accept identity verification.
- 4.If you act by representation, tick the option and upload the authorisation/apoderamiento they ask for.
- 5.Sign electronically (Cl@ve Firma or your certificado) and submit the request.
- 6.Download the PDF of the certificate with its CSV. Save it and, if requested, hand over the PDF or the CSV (it’s validated on the same sede).
