- 1.Go to https://www.registradores.org and choose Registro de la Propiedad > Nota Simple.
- 2.Identify the property: best with CRU/IDUFIR or referencia catastral; if not, by address and municipality. Select the competent Registro.
- 3.Fill in your details and state your legitimate interest (purchase, rental, review of charges, etc.).
- 4.Pay the arancel online by card and save the receipt.
- 5.You receive the nota simple as a PDF by email. If information is missing, they will ask for clarification by email and it will be delayed.
- 6.If you prefer in person: book a cita at the relevant Registro de la Propiedad (search on the site), bring your DNI and the property details, pay there and they’ll give it to you when it’s ready.
