- 1.Check that your issue is a complaint about functioning (delays, being ignored, bad treatment) and not an appeal against a decision.
- 2.Write a clear complaint letter (no official form needed): identify the court/tribunal, explain what happened (dates and evidence) and what you want fixed. Sign the PDF.
- 3.Go to the Registro Electrónico General: https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do and identify yourself with Cl@ve, digital certificate or DNIe.
- 4.In the form, use a subject like “Queja por funcionamiento del Juzgado nº X de [ciudad]”, pick recipient “Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ)” and paste a short summary in Observaciones.
- 5.Attach the PDF of the complaint, your DNI/NIE and the supporting documents. Check they display correctly and send. Download the receipt with the registration number and keep it.
- 6.If you can't do it online, submit the letter at an Oficina de Asistencia en Materia de Registro addressed to “Consejo General del Poder Judicial – Servicio de Inspección”, and ask for a stamped copy.
