Certificado de Empresa del SEPE: download it and what to do if it doesn't appear
SEPE rejects forms with a single mistake. We review your draft before submission.
This lets you see and download the certificate your employer must send to SEPE when they dismiss you or your contract ends. You need it to apply for unemployment without delays and to check the correct cause of termination.

- 1.Go to https://sede.sepe.gob.es > Personas > Mis trámites > "Consultar certificados de empresa" and ID with Cl@ve, DNIe or certificado digital.
- 2.Search for your certificate by company and fecha de baja and download the PDF.
- 3.Check carefully: fecha de cese, cause (despido, fin de contrato, baja voluntaria…), and bases de cotización for the last 180 days.
- 4.If it doesn't appear, ask HR (RR. HH.) to send it to SEPE via Certific@2 (they're obliged to do so within 10 días from your baja).
- 5.If they still don't send it, register your solicitud de prestación at https://sede.sepe.gob.es with Cl@ve attaching your carta de despido/fin de contrato; SEPE will then request the certificate from the company.
- 6.Save the downloaded PDF and the receipt of your application. If the cause of termination is wrong, file alegaciones in the sede with the documents that prove it.
