- 1.Sign up or renew as a jobseeker and get your DARDE from your regional employment service (official: https://www.sistemanacionalempleo.es).
- 2.Prove your group: discapacidad (certificado or resolución), emigrante retornado (certificado oficial), violencia de género/doméstica (orden de protección or valid report) or, if you are a long‑term over‑45, show 12 months continuously registered and have the Búsqueda Activa de Empleo for the last month.
- 3.Go to the Sede Electrónica del SEPE with Cl@ve or a digital certificate and fill in the RAI application, attaching the documents (info: https://www.sepe.es/HomeSepe/Personas/distributiva-prestaciones/quiero-cobrar-el-paro/renta-activa-de-insercion.html).
- 4.If your province uses the online pre‑application, do it here and attach the paperwork: https://sede.sepe.gob.es/PreSolicWeb/PreSolicWeb/index.xhtml (choose RAI in the form).
- 5.Download/save the registration receipt. If SEPE asks you to correct something, upload the missing documents via the Registro Electrónico (valid: https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do) and quote your expediente number.
- 6.Keep your demand active (renew when due) and attend offers/courses. If you work or travel abroad, inform SEPE to avoid sanctions or loss of the benefit.
