Where exams and job pools are published

Public employment calls are published in official sources depending on who is hiring:

  • State: in the BOE.
  • Regions and many local bodies: in the regional official gazette (and sometimes the provincial one).

The official announcement sets the rules, the registration window and the documents. Once the window opens, the clock is ticking: it's usually 10–20 working days.

The bottleneck: finding out in time

Many people who meet the requirements miss out for something avoidable: not seeing the call in time. Exams don't send reminders, and checking the BOE and your region's gazette every day isn't realistic.

Monitor public employment in your territory

With GovEasy Monitoring you choose "Public employment and exams" in your city and we check the BOE and your region's gazette, filtering by your town, province and region. When a process that affects you opens, you get an email with the official link.

It doesn't prepare the exam for you —that's what training is for— but it makes sure you don't miss the registration deadline because you weren't looking on the exact day.

Turn it on for your region

Set up public employment Monitoring and learn about every call and job pool in your city and region the moment it's published.

Preguntas frecuentes

Where are civil service exam calls published?

State calls are published in the BOE; regional and many local ones in each region's official gazette (and sometimes the provincial one). The announcement sets the rules, the registration window and the documents required, so it's worth not missing the publication.

Does Monitoring prepare the exam for me?

No: Monitoring alerts you that a call or job pool has opened in your territory, with the official link, so you're in time to register. Preparing the exam is a separate thing; for that GovEasy has its certifications and training section.

Can I monitor only my region?

Yes. You choose your city and we filter by your town, province and region, so you receive the public employment processes that affect you without the noise of calls from other areas.
