Grants and subsidies 2026: how not to miss any in your city

Resumen rápido

Every public subsidy in Spain is registered in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), run by the State Comptroller's Office. It's the official source where your town council, provincial council and regional government calls appear first, often before the gazette. GovEasy monitors the BDNS for you and emails you the moment an aid that matches your city or province is published.

Where subsidies are actually published

In Spain, every public subsidy must be registered in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Law 38/2003 on Subsidies requires it, and it's run by the State Comptroller's Office (IGAE).

That covers aid from your town council, the provincial council, the regional government and the State. The BDNS is therefore the official source where a call appears first, often before you see it in the gazette.

The problem: short deadlines and countless sources

The system is transparent, but exhausting to follow by hand:

  • Each administration publishes on its own schedule, with no single calendar.
  • Application windows are usually short (often 10–15 working days).
  • The same aid can show up in the BDNS, the regional gazette and the council website, in different formats.

The result is always the same: people find out about the aid after the deadline has closed.

The official funding source, monitored for you

GovEasy has connected Monitoring directly to the BDNS, not just the BOE. When you choose to monitor "Grants and subsidies" in your city:

  1. We query the official subsidies database filtering by your town, province and region.
  2. We add the regional gazette when it carries its own calls.
  3. We email you the call and the official link the moment it appears.

That way you stop depending on checking portals and never miss aid just because you weren't looking on the exact day.

Turn it on for your city

Set up subsidy Monitoring and get every new aid from your council, provincial council or region in your inbox, straight from the official source.

Preguntas frecuentes

Where are subsidies officially published?

By law, every public subsidy in Spain (national, regional and local) is registered in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), run by the State Comptroller's Office. It's the official centralised source, and it usually lists the call even before it reaches the relevant gazette.

Why is it so easy to miss aid?

Because each administration publishes whenever it wants and application windows are usually short (sometimes 10 to 15 working days). If you don't check the BDNS and the gazettes regularly, the call closes before you find out.

How do I get alerts only for aid in my city?

With GovEasy Monitoring: you pick your city or province and we query the BDNS and the relevant gazette, filtering by your territory. When a matching subsidy appears, you get an email with the link to the official call.
