GovEasy Monitoring now covers every province in Spain

Resumen rápido

GovEasy Monitoring now covers all 50 Spanish provinces, Ceuta and Melilla. For each city it combines tiered official sources: first the topic's specialised registry or database (such as the BDNS for subsidies), then the regional gazette and, as a fallback, the BOE filtered by your territory. You choose what to monitor and where, and you get an email when there's news.

Monitoring, now across all of Spain

Until now GovEasy Monitoring covered the big cities. From this update it's available across all 50 provinces, in Ceuta and Melilla, and in the large non-capital cities (Vigo, Gijón, L'Hospitalet, Badalona, Cartagena and more).

And because the filter also works by province and region, your exact town doesn't have to be on the list: if you monitor your province, you also catch what's published at provincial and regional level.

Tiered official sources

What sets a serious service apart isn't "reading the BOE". It's using the best source for each topic and combining several:

  1. Specialised registry or database. For grants and scholarships we monitor the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), the official source where all aid is registered. It's more precise and financial than scraping the gazette.
  2. Regional gazette. When your region publishes an official journal with its own calls, we add it.
  3. BOE as a fallback. The Official State Gazette, filtered by your city, province and region, so nothing published at national level slips through.

The system merges what it finds at each tier and removes duplicates, so you receive each item once and from the most reliable source.

What you can monitor

  • Public housing (including whether it's for rent or purchase).
  • School places and admission processes.
  • Civil service exams and public employment.
  • Grants and subsidies.
  • Scholarships and training.

Pick your city and stop watching

Set up Monitoring in your province: choose what you want to monitor and where, and we'll email you the moment there's news in the official sources.

Preguntas frecuentes

Which cities does Monitoring work in?

In all 50 provincial capitals of Spain, in Ceuta and Melilla, and in large non-capital cities (such as Vigo, Gijón, L'Hospitalet, Badalona or Cartagena). Because the filter also works by province and region, anyone in Spain is covered by their territory.

What does 'tiered sources' mean?

That for each topic we use the best available source and combine several. First the specialised official registry or database (for example, the BDNS for subsidies); then your region's official gazette where there is one; and as a fallback the BOE, filtered by your city, province and region. That gains coverage without losing relevance.

Do I have to read the gazettes myself?

No. That's the whole point. GovEasy queries those sources automatically and emails you only when something matching what you asked to monitor in your city appears.
