Tus documentos, siempre a mano
Guarda DNI, certificados y justificantes cifrados en la nube

- 1.Go to https://carpetaciudadana.gob.es and click “Entrar”.
- 2.Identify yourself with Cl@ve PIN/Permanente, certificado FNMT or DNIe. If you’re not in Cl@ve, register at https://clave.gob.es/clave_Home/registro/ (by videollamada, letter with CSV or in office).
- 3.Inside, open “Mis notificaciones y avisos” to see what’s been made available to you. Download the PDF and, if requested, sign the acknowledgement with AutoFirma.
- 4.Go to “Mis expedientes” and filter by organismo (AEAT, DGT, Seguridad Social, SEPE…). Open each expediente and download receipts (asientos de registro, resguardos).
- 5.In “Mis datos”, check vehicles, points, address, familia numerosa, etc. If something’s wrong, use the “Ir a la sede” button to fix it on the right site.
- 6.In “Configuración/Preferencias”, enable email/SMS alerts and check your mobile and email. That prevents missing notifications by accident.
