Mi Carpeta Justicia is the Ministerio de Justicia portal where you can see your files and applications (nationality, certificates, legal aid) and download receipts. It’s for individuals with Cl@ve or a FNMT/DNIe certificate who want to check their stuff without going to an office.

  1. 1.Check if you’re already registered in Cl@ve and your level (básico/avanzado) at https://clave.gob.es/clave_Home/registro/Como-puedo-registrarme.html
  2. 2.If you don’t have Cl@ve: register online with a certificate/DNIe or request a letter of invitation; you can also book an appointment at a Cl@ve registration office (AEAT, etc.) from https://clave.gob.es/clave_Home/registro/Oficinas-Registro.html
  3. 3.Install and activate the Cl@ve PIN app and link your mobile (if you’ll use PIN); alternatively use Cl@ve Permanente or your FNMT/DNIe certificate
  4. 4.Go to the Sede del Ministerio de Justicia: https://sede.mjusticia.gob.es and click “Mi Carpeta Justicia”; identify with Cl@ve PIN, Cl@ve Permanente or certificate
  5. 5.Accept the terms of use and review/update your email and phone for alerts
  6. 6.Check your sections: “Mis expedientes” (e.g. nationality, registries), “Mis certificados y justificantes” and “Mis comunicaciones”; download what you need
  7. 7.If a procedure inside the folder asks you to sign, install AutoFirma from https://firmaelectronica.gob.es/Home/Autofirma.html and use a compatible browser
