This is about authorising someone (person or company) to do your electronic procedures before the AGE using Apodera. Use it if you want an gestoría, your partner or anyone you choose to submit documents, check files or receive notifications on your behalf.

- 1.Go to https://apodera.redsara.es/apodera/ and identify yourself with Cl@ve or FNMT/DNIe certificate.
- 2.Go to “Alta de apoderamiento” and choose the type: general for the AGE, for a specific organismo or for a specific procedimiento; tick the faculties (trámites, consultas, notificaciones).
- 3.Enter the apoderado's details (NIF/NIE or company NIF), define the scope and validity (start and end date) and double-check the NIF.
- 4.Confirm and sign the power electronically; the system registers it immediately.
- 5.Download the PDF receipt of the apoderamiento and send it to the apoderado so they know they can act.
- 6.If you can't do it online: book an appointment at an Oficina de Asistencia en Materia de Registro (https://administracion.gob.es/pag_Home/atencionCiudadana/Oficinas.html), go with your DNI and the apoderado's details and formalise the apoderamiento “apud acta”; they will give you a receipt.
