- 1.Go to the AEAT site: Aduanas e Impuestos Especiales > Impuestos Especiales > Labores del Tabaco > Modelo 420 (Presentación) and ID yourself with certificado digital, DNIe or Cl@ve if you are a natural person.
- 2.Select the period (month and year) and check that your CAE appears correctly. If you have several CAE, pick the one you are settling.
- 3.Fill the boxes per epígrafe: units manufactured/imported/expedited, stocks, and the bases required so the form can calculate the quotas.
- 4.Check the quota calculation and, if it matches your records, tick the payment option (or domiciliación if enabled).
- 5.Pay: the form generates the NRC with your collaborating bank or enter a previously obtained NRC. If you domiciliate, enter IBAN and validate.
- 6.Submit and save the receipt with CSV and a copy of the form. If there are errors, correct them and file again before the deadline.
