INSS home help: third-person supplement (Gran Invalidez)
If you need daily help (washing, dressing, moving) this is how you ask the INSS for the supplement to your pension for Gran Invalidez. It's for people applying for recognition of Gran Invalidez or asking for a review of their incapacity to include that supplement.

- 1.Go to https://tramites.seg-social.es and search for “Incapacidad permanente (INSS)”.
- 2.Identify yourself with Cl@ve (PIN or Permanent) or certificado digital/DNIe.
- 3.Fill in the application: if you don’t have IP, tick recognition of incapacidad permanente; if you already have IP, tick review for agravación and state you request Gran Invalidez (help from a third person).
- 4.Attach the medical reports and the previous resolution (if any) in PDF. Watch file size: upload clear PDFs.
- 5.Check contact details and the IBAN, sign electronically and send. Download the justificante.
- 6.Wait for the EVI (Equipo de Valoración de Incapacidades) appointment. Watch your postal mail and notifications at https://dehu.redsara.es or in your Carpeta Ciudadana. Keep everything.
