Notify the SEPE that you have additional employment (part-time job while claiming)
If you're claiming unemployment benefit and get a part-time job, this is how you notify SEPE to either make it compatible or suspend your benefit. It makes sure SEPE adjusts your payment and avoids sanctions.

- 1.Go to the SEPE electronic office: https://sede.sepe.gob.es and log into “Mi SEPE” with Cl@ve, certificado digital or DNIe.
- 2.In “Tus prestaciones”, choose the option “Comunicar colocación/actividad” and tick whether the job is part-time (parcial) or full-time (completa).
- 3.Fill in weekly hours, salary, start date and company details. Attach the contract or the Seguridad Social registration in PDF.
- 4.Check the summary (how much they will deduct if it's part-time or if the benefit is suspended for full-time) and send. Download the receipt.
- 5.If it's full-time, request suspension of the benefit. If it's part-time, request compatibility. Keep everything you upload.
- 6.When the contract ends, go back to “Mi SEPE” and process the reactivation of the benefit. Attach end-of-contract proof or a Seguridad Social de-registration.
- 7.Optional but recommended: go to your regional employment service website and suspend/update your demand (DARDE) to align dates.
