- 1.Go to https://carpetaciudadana.gob.es and go to Empleo y formación > Períodos de inscripción en los servicios públicos de empleo.
- 2.Identify yourself with Cl@ve PIN, Cl@ve Permanente or Certificado digital/DNIe.
- 3.Choose the date range (if it asks), generate the report and download the PDF. You will see a Código Seguro de Verificación (CSV).
- 4.If Mi Carpeta fails you, go to your regional employment service website from https://www.sistemanacionalempleo.es and look for 'Informe de periodos de inscripción' or 'Certificados de demanda'.
- 5.If you prefer in person: book an appointment at your regional public employment service (not at the SEPE benefits desk) from your community's website and select 'Demanda/Certificados'.
- 6.Go with your DNI/NIE and ask for 'Informe de periodos de inscripción (SISPE)'. Check the dates at the counter and take the PDF or the printed form with the CSV.
