Communicate and register an employment contract (Contrat@ SEPE)
SEPE rejects forms with a single mistake. We review your draft before submission.
If you hire someone, you must communicate the contract to the public employment service via Contrat@. It's for companies and autónomos employers who sign hires, extensions or conversions and need the official receipt.

- 1.Go to https://sede.sepe.gob.es and log in with Cl@ve or a digital certificate (company or representative).
- 2.Go to Empresas > Comunicación de contratos (Contrat@). Choose Alta, Prórroga, Transformación or Copia básica.
- 3.Fill in the contract details: type, dates, hours/jornada, salary, centro de trabajo, convenio and occupation.
- 4.Enter the company's NIF, CCC, and the worker's details (DNI/NIE and Social Security affiliation number).
- 5.Attach the signed contract PDF and, if applicable, the copia básica and/or annexes (teletrabajo, clauses).
- 6.Sign the communication (Cl@ve Firma or AutoFirma if you use a certificate) and send it.
- 7.Download the registration receipt and the communication number. Deliver the copia básica to the RLT within 10 days (or to the worker if there is no RLT) and keep the acknowledgement.
