- 1.Go to Import@ss: https://importass.seg-social.es and log in with Cl@ve, certificado or DNIe.
- 2.In your Área personal, open “Tus pagos y deudas”. You get a quick view of debts, completed payments and status. Filter by dates and download the PDF receipt.
- 3.If you want to see benefit payments (pensión, incapacidad, nacimiento y cuidado, etc.), go to Tu Seguridad Social: https://tuss.seg-social.es > “Tus prestaciones” > “Tus pagos” and download the stamped receipt.
- 4.See a debt and want to confirm you paid it? From Import@ss open the debt, generate the carta de pago if needed, pay via banking/060 and return to “Tus pagos y deudas” to verify (it can take 24–72 horas to show).
- 5.If you can’t do it online, book an appointment at the Seguridad Social: https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/sede/Ciudadanos/cita+previa and request an “informe de pagos de prestaciones” (INSS) or “situación de deuda y pagos” (TGSS) at the office. Bring your DNI and NAF.
- 6.If the payment still doesn’t appear after 72 h or there are data errors, keep the justificante/NRC and open a query via the “Te ayudamos” channel on the Sede de la Seguridad Social or go back with an appointment to have it checked.
