Retroactive registration: 60 days. After that, contributions are not recognised.
Use this to check if you are registered right now and under which regime, with which employer or as a self-employed person. Handy when banks, employers or other administrations ask for something “as of today”.

- 1.Go to https://importass.seg-social.es and open Vida laboral e informes.
- 2.Click on “Informe de situación actual”.
- 3.Identify yourself with Cl@ve, certificado digital/DNIe or via SMS (only if your mobile is registered with the Seguridad Social).
- 4.Choose to view on screen or download the PDF of the report.
- 5.Check that it shows your regime (General, Autónomos, Hogar, etc.), employer and start date. If you are not registered, it will show “sin situación de alta”.
- 6.If they need a verifiable copy, give them the PDF (it has a CSV at the bottom) and tell them it can be checked on the Sede Electrónica de la Seguridad Social (https://sede.seg-social.gob.es).
