- 1.Go to Import@ss and open the service “Informe de tu vida laboral”: https://importass.seg-social.es/servicios/informe-de-tu-vida-laboral
- 2.Identify yourself with Cl@ve, certificado digital or DNIe. If you pick “Vía SMS”, enter your DNI/NIE, date of birth and the mobile number that the Seguridad Social has; they send a code and you log in.
- 3.Inside, choose “Informe de vida laboral” (complete) and download the PDF with CSV. Tick the option to send it to your email if you want a copy there.
- 4.If the Vía SMS fails because the mobile number doesn’t match, go to your Import@ss personal area > Datos de contacto and update the phone; if you can’t, book a presencial appointment.
- 5.If you prefer in person, book a cita previa in TGSS (Import@ss > Citas: https://importass.seg-social.es/citas or https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/sede/Ciudadanos/citaPrevia). Go with your DNI/NIE and they will print it with the CSV.
