- 1.Go to https://imv.seg-social.es and use the simulator to check eligibility — saves time if you don’t qualify.
- 2.With Cl@ve or a digital certificate, click "Solicitar" on https://imv.seg-social.es to open the INSS form (via Sede Electrónica).
- 3.Fill the online form: choose your household unit, tick the authorisation for INSS to consult your data and upload the padrón histórico-colectivo, libro de familia and any other PDFs requested.
- 4.If you don’t have Cl@ve/certificate, book an in-person appointment at INSS via https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/cita-previa and bring originals plus copies of every document.
- 5.Sign and send. Download the receipt (expediente number) and keep it safe like it’s gold.
- 6.Watch notifications and requests in Tu Seguridad Social and your Carpeta Ciudadana: https://carpetaciudadana.gob.es (if they ask you to fix something, do it within the deadline).
- 7.If they request documents, upload them from the same expediente or via the Registro Electrónico Común: https://rec.redsara.es selecting INSS as the body and putting the expediente number in the subject.
