Review of the grado de Incapacidad Permanente (INSS)
Retroactive registration: 60 days. After that, contributions are not recognised.
To ask for an increase, decrease or confirmation of your grado de Incapacidad Permanente when there are changes (worsening, improvement or diagnostic error). Use this if you already have a resolución from the INSS and need it reviewed.

- 1.Go to tu.seg-social.gob.es and log in with Cl@ve, certificado digital or DNIe.
- 2.Search “incapacidad permanente” and choose “Revisión de la incapacidad permanente (INSS)”. If it doesn't show, use the “Enviar solicitud y documentación al INSS” service on the Sede (sede.seg-social.gob.es).
- 3.Fill the form stating the reason: agravación, mejoría or error de diagnóstico. Explain what changed since the last resolución (dates, treatments, sick leaves, surgeries).
- 4.Attach the previous resolución, recent medical reports and tests in PDF. Add company report or your vida laboral if it affects compatibilities.
- 5.Send it and save the receipt with the CSV. Monitor your notifications in DEHú (https://dehu.redsara.es) and in Tu Seguridad Social.
- 6.Wait for the EVI (tribunal médico) summons and attend the appointment with your DNI and originals of the reports. If you can't go, justify it in writing as soon as possible.
- 7.Receive the resolución by electronic notification or by post. If you disagree, file a reclamación previa to the INSS within 30 días hábiles via the Sede (Presentación de escritos INSS) or at a CAISS with cita previa.
