- 1.Enter your ayuntamiento’s sede electrónica and search for “Declaración responsable de apertura/actividad” or “Declaración responsable de obras menores”.
- 2.Identify with Cl@ve, certificado digital o DNIe and choose the exact trámite for your case.
- 3.Fill the online form and attach the memoria técnica and planos in PDF (signed by the technician when required).
- 4.Generate the municipal autoliquidación and pay the tasa via the payment gateway; download the justificante in PDF.
- 5.Submit the declaración responsable and download the registro receipt; keep a printed copy at the premises/site.
- 6.If you can’t do it online, request cita previa at licencias/urbanismo and present everything at registro with copies.
- 7.Reply promptly if they ask for subsanación and, if needed, arrange inspection. Keep all original documents on site.
