- 1.Go to the Registro Electrónico Común (REC): https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do and log in with Cl@ve or certificado.
- 2.In “Organismo destinatario” search the exact name of your Ayuntamiento. If it doesn't show, see the alerts below.
- 3.Select “Instancia general/solicitud genérica”, write a short subject and explain what you request with dates and addresses. Attach your evidence in PDF/JPG (reasonable size).
- 4.If you act on behalf of another person or company, add a signed authorisation with the represented person's DNI or use Apodera: https://apodera.redsara.es.
- 5.Sign and submit. Download the registration receipt with CSV and asiento number (keep it safe).
- 6.Follow up: check Carpeta Ciudadana: https://carpetaciudadana.gob.es and notifications in DEHú: https://dehu.redsara.es. If the Ayuntamiento has its own sede, you'll get a notice with the expediente link.
