- 1.Go to the Sede Electrónica and access Tu Seguridad Social with Cl@ve or certificado digital: https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/sede/Inicio (click the Tu Seguridad Social button).
- 2.Go to Pensiones > Mis pensiones and open the current year section. Download the PDF “Comunicación de revalorización y paga extraordinaria”.
- 3.Check the amounts and the percentage applied according to that year’s rules. If it works as proof, save the PDF (banks, rent, benefits will ask for it).
- 4.If it doesn’t add up (errors, wrong maximum cap, minimum supplements miscalculated), file a reclamación previa to the INSS in the Sede: “Presentación de otros escritos, solicitudes y comunicaciones (INSS)” https://sede.seg-social.gob.es/wps/portal/sede/sede/Ciudadanos/pensiones-y-prestaciones/12048 attaching your communication and evidence.
- 5.If the INSS site gives you trouble, you can register your claim via the Registro Electrónico Común addressed to the INSS: https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do
- 6.Check answers in your Tu Seguridad Social mailbox, in your email if you gave permission, and in the Carpeta Ciudadana: https://carpetaciudadana.gob.es. If they don’t reply within 45 days, you get silencio desestimatorio and you may need to consider a social court route.
