Change of details in the RETA (self-employed)
Retroactive registration: 60 days. After that, contributions are not recognised.
If you are self-employed in the RETA and need to change your contribution bracket/base by earnings, activity/IAE, address, mutual insurer or bank account, this is the procedure. You do it in Import@ss or by appointment at TGSS.

- 1.Go to Import@ss (https://importass.seg-social.es/) and access your Área personal with Cl@ve, certificado or DNIe.
- 2.Go to Trabajo autónomo > Modifica tus datos. Choose what you change: bracket by earnings, activity/IAE, address, contact, mutua/coverages or bank account.
- 3.If you change bracket by earnings: enter your annual forecast, set the effective date and sign. Download the receipt.
- 4.If you change activity/IAE: first file Modelo 036/037 at the AEAT (same day is ideal) and then enter the new epígrafe and CNAE in Import@ss with the effective date.
- 5.If you change the direct debit: enter the IBAN (an account in your name), confirm and save the receipt. Check the change in 'Domiciliaciones' in your area.
- 6.If you prefer in person: book an appointment at https://importass.seg-social.es/citas, bring DNI/NIE, the TA.0521 and, if applicable, a copy of the 036/037. They register the change and give you a receipt.
