- 1.Go to sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es > Certificados > Request the certificado de estar al corriente and download it using Cl@ve or a digital certificate.
- 2.Go to sede.seg-social.gob.es > Empresas > Informes y certificados > Request the certificado de estar al corriente with the Seguridad Social.
- 3.Go to sede.registradores.org or registradores.org > Registro Mercantil > Order a nota simple and copia simple of the escritura and the current poderes.
- 4.If you need to register or change your epígrafe, file Modelo 036/037 at sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es (Censos) and save the receipt.
- 5.Check that the cuentas anuales are deposited; if not, file the depósito at the Registro Mercantil (sede.registradores.org) and keep the receipt.
- 6.Submit the grant application at the convocatoria site (e.g. sede.red.gob.es/procedimientos/kit-digital) with Cl@ve/certificate, attaching all PDFs.
- 7.If they ask for subsanación, return to the same site and upload the missing documents within 10 días hábiles.
