You need to file your company's annual accounts at the Registro Mercantil. Applies to SL, SA and similar companies that close the financial year and approve accounts. If you don't do it they can close your registry entry and fine you.

- 1.You approve the accounts at a junta within the 6 months after year‑end and sign the certificación de aprobación.
- 2.Download and install Programa D2 from registradores.org, enter the data, attach the accounts as PDFs and anything else required. D2 generates the file for depósito.
- 3.Go to https://www.registradores.org/registro-mercantil/deposito-de-cuentas, ID with certificado digital or Cl@ve Firma and upload the D2 file.
- 4.Pay the aranceles online (TPV or whatever the portal offers) and save the receipt.
- 5.If you prefer presencial: book a cita in your provincial Registro Mercantil (directory at https://www.registradores.org/registro-mercantil/registro-mercantil-provincial), print the instancia and take all documentation to get it stamped and pay there.
- 6.Watch notifications: if there are defects, you correct them from your private area or by bringing the requested documents. When they qualify it, download the recibo de depósito.
