- 1.Go to https://www.rmc.es and request the “Certificación negativa de denominación social” for the new sociedad name.
- 2.Take the certification, estatutos and partners/administrator details to the notary; sign the escritura and ask the notary to send it electronically to the Registro Mercantil.
- 3.Submit Modelo 600 (ITPAJD, exempt for constitución) at the tax office of your Comunidad Autónoma and keep the receipt.
- 4.Register the sociedad in the provincial Registro Mercantil (if the notary didn’t do it) at https://sede.registradores.org/site/mercantil attaching the escritura and the Modelo 600.
- 5.Request the provisional NIF at the AEAT with Modelo 036 via https://sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es/Sede/empresas-y-profesionales/censos-nif-iva.html attaching the escritura.
- 6.Once you have the inscripción, exchange the provisional NIF for the definitive one and complete the alta censal on Modelo 036: IAE headings, IVA, withholdings and fiscal address.
- 7.Get the representative’s digital certificate for the new sociedad at https://www.sede.fnmt.gob.es/certificados/certificado-de-representante/representante-para-administradores-unicos-y-solidarios and you can operate online.
