What to have ready
- Cl@ve, certificado digital or DNIe (prefer certificado de representante if you're a company).
- AutoFirma installed (the sede de Red.es usually requires it). Download: firmaelectronica.gob.es.

- Declaración responsable y minimis (generadas en la sede de Red.es al solicitar).
- Test de Diagnóstico Digital hecho en Acelera pyme.
Step by step
- Go to acelerapyme.gob.es/kit-digital, register with Cl@ve/certificado and complete the Test de Diagnóstico Digital from your area. It takes about 10–15 minutes.
- Check you meet the requisitos (registered in IAE, minimis limits, not a company en crisis). Prepare documents or tick the autorización de consultas to AEAT/Seguridad Social.
- Go to sede.red.gob.es > Ayudas y subvenciones > Programa Kit Digital. Pick your convocatoria (segmento) and fill the solicitud. Sign with Cl@ve or certificado (AutoFirma active).
- Complete and sign the declaración responsable and the ayudas de minimis inside the form. Submit and download the justificante.
- Monitor your expediente in the sede de Red.es. The resolución usually takes 1–4 semanas. If favourable, you'll see the importe de tu bono.
- With the bono granted, go to acelerapyme.gob.es/soluciones-digitales, pick an agente digitalizador and sign the Acuerdo de Prestación for the solution (web, invoicing, cybersecurity, etc.).
- The agente implements and justifica. You pay the IVA and any non-subsidised part. Keep the agreement, invoices and evidence in case of checks.
Tips that save time
- If signing for a company, use a certificado de representante or grant apoderamiento at representa.redsara.es to avoid signature errors.
- Tick the option to autorizar consultas to AEAT and Seguridad Social: you save uploading certificados and avoid rejections for expired documents.
- AutoFirma can be fussy with browsers. Chrome/Firefox usually work better. Open the sede with a 64-bit browser and keep Java updated.
- Choose your agente and solution before the resolución arrives. The bono caduca si no firmas acuerdos in time.
Typical mistakes that can derail your process
- Deudas with AEAT/Seguridad Social: automatic denial. Settle before applying.
- Signing contracts before the concession: those expenses won't be subsidised.
- Not having AutoFirma or the correct certificado: registration fails and you're left half-done.
- Forgetting the plazo of the bono: without signed agreements, it expires and you lose the aid.
- Exceeding the límite minimis (200.000 € en 3 ejercicios): denial or repayment.
- Assuming it covers IVA or extras: you pay the IVA; agree scope with the agente before signing.

- 2.Check requirements and, on your application, tick that you authorise Red.es to consult AEAT and Seguridad Social (or attach the certificados).
- 3.Go to https://sede.red.gob.es (Ayudas y subvenciones > Programa Kit Digital), choose your convocatoria (segmento) and fill in the solicitud; sign with Cl@ve or certificado.
- 4.Sign and submit the declaración responsable and the formulario de minimis; send and download the justificante de registro.
- 5.Watch your Carpeta ciudadana at https://sede.red.gob.es for the resolución; if favourable, they assign the bono with the amount according to your segmento.
- 6.Go to https://www.acelerapyme.gob.es/soluciones-digitales, pick an agente digitalizador and sign the Acuerdo de Prestación to redeem the bono.
- 7.The agente implements and justifies; you pay the IVA and any extras not subsidised. Keep invoices and the agreement in case they ask.
- Certificado de estar al corriente con la AEAT o autorización para consulta (sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es).
- Certificado de estar al corriente con la Seguridad Social o autorización para consulta (importass.seg-social.es).
- Certificado de situación censal o copia del Modelo 036/037 con tu alta en IAE (AEAT).
- DNI/NIE del firmante y, si es sociedad, certificado de representante o poder inscrito en el Registro Mercantil.
- Escritura de constitución y NIF de la sociedad (autónomos: alta en RETA).
- Declaración responsable y declaración de ayudas de minimis (se generan en la sede de Red.es).
- Test de Diagnóstico Digital completado en Acelera pyme.
Bono con caducidad
If they grant the bono, you have a plazo (habitualmente 6 meses) to sign agreements with agentes digitalizadores. If you miss that plazo, it expires and you lose it.
Al corriente con AEAT y Seguridad Social
If you have debts they'll deny it. Fix debts first and, if possible, authorise consulta so you don't need to upload certificados.
IVA no subvencionable
The aid does not cover IVA. The agente will bill you the IVA and any part not subsidised; have the cash ready.
Firma electrónica y AutoFirma
To sign on https://sede.red.gob.es AutoFirma is usually required. Download at https://firmaelectronica.gob.es/Home/Descargas.html. Avoid Safari; Chrome/Firefox work better.
Representación
If you don't have a certificado de representante for your company, grant power to whoever will sign in the Registro Electrónico de Apoderamientos: https://representa.redsara.es.
¿Qué necesito para completar Kit Digital sin que me lo rechacen?
Kit Digital tiene una tasa oficial variable en Registro Mercantil / AEAT y se puede presentar por cuenta propia. El punto que interrumpe el trámite es que hace falta Cl@ve activa, y si no está dada de alta el registro previo puede tardar días. Además, hay que aportar 3 documentos a lo largo de 4 pasos, y la sede rechaza el envío completo si un solo dato no coincide con el que consta en el registro. Can I apply for Kit Digital if I have debts with Hacienda or Seguridad Social?
No. You must be al corriente with AEAT and Seguridad Social. If you're close, pay off and try again; better to authorise the consulta on the application.
Is VAT covered by the grant?
No. You pay the IVA, and any extras outside the catalogue or above the cap. The subsidy covers maximum amounts per solution.
How long until they grant it?
Normally 1–4 semanas, depending on segment and workload. They'll notify you in your expediente on the sede de Red.es.
I'm a self-employed person with no employees. Can I apply?
Yes. You fit the autónomos/microempresas segmento if you meet the IAE and minimis requirements. Do the test and submit the solicitud.
Can I hire the website before the voucher is granted?
No. Don't sign or pay anything before the Acuerdo de Prestación with the agente. Any expense before is not subsidisable.
Can I change agente digitalizador?
Yes, while the solution is not yet justified. You'll need to terminate the agreement and sign a new one within the bono plazo.
